Connecting People and Companies with Compassionate Support

We introduce young, sincere talent from the Philippines to companies across Japan.
In fields such as manufacturing, construction, and golf course operations—where labor shortages are a growing concern—we help connect employers with individuals who are committed to working together on the ground level.

Our candidates are bright and humble individuals in their 20s to 30s, many of whom are graduates from agricultural and technical universities. They are eager to adapt to Japanese culture and work environments with a positive mindset.

Rather than simply dispatching workers, we support them as life partners in their journey of working and living in Japan.
